Grilling With Beer
Finally it’s warm enough to whip off the cover, crank up the propane, light the wood chips on the grills and get to cooking some amazing meals! Although we’re pretty sure that most of you didn’t let snowy weather stop you if you truly were having a craving for BBQ this past winter. But now that the weather is finally becoming more acceptable to wear flip-flops, let’s cook some food!
Of course, we suggest adding a little beer to your meats while you cook them. Here we have a few recipes that we believe are the best combos:
Guinness Pork Ribs– Yes, that’s correct. Why shouldn’t you be able to combine a fantastic, thick, creamy beer with you ribs? It will make them fall right off the bone!
Wisconsin Beer Brats– An obvious staple at any neighborhood get together. These combine two great things: your choice of beer and encased meat. We aren’t complaining!
Beer Butt Chicken– If you didn’t expect this on the list, then you should probably make it now. Yes, it’s exactly what the name describes. Beer is the best way to keep the chicken nice and moist!
Beer Glazed Fish Tacos– A fresh way to relax on a warm day! This recipe adds a great mango salsa to the mix that’s probably worth trying, we’d say. Fish and beer always goes well together.
